Averill has 20 years’ experience in Real Estate and holds dual licensing of Real Estate Licence and Stock & Station Licence, as well is an accredited Auctioneer. Averill has smashed sales records over the years, selling Prestige Properties, Land Sub Divisions, Whole Housing Estates and much more. Working with Developers, Builders and Property Stagers to prepare properties for sale in their best light. Averill said in a recent interview that her strongest feature in Real Estate is in the power of negotiation, the ability to close a sale, and prides herself in the knowledge that she is achieving the very best price available for the Vendor. 

A local businessman for many years, Craig is a lifelong local to Lake districts and is a well-known larrikin about the area. Craigs involvement with NSW Racing as President sustains Craigs love of all thing’s equestrian is at the forefront of his world. Combining all Craigs business acumen and local knowledge, Craig has now embarked on a new direction in Real Estate Training and is eager to provide the best Real Estate Service to his local area possible.
